You want it to stop so bad!! My behavior/personality changed. I got in trouble at work; my family said they didn’t want me around. My boyfriend stood by me and loved me regardless. The hurt kept going. Finally, I drove 40 minutes thru a snowstorm to the mental health clinic. I walked in and completely lost it all. They loved me. They helped me. I am still here and so very healthy mentally.

So I recently got medical Book worm NAH #Escape Artist shirt and am healthy physically too. I have a fear. A fear of not being able to get my meds or receive therapy. Fear of hurting again. The pain I spoke about was not numbing. Some people may feel that way. As far as extreme activities, that would have been great to do at the time, however, at the time I was barely able to survive, and it was getting harder each day.
