Seriously, though, nobody in my house operates on “happy wife, happy life”. It’s more like “how badly can we annoy her to get our way?” Lol fear stuff though, I belly laughed on this one!

No. I’m female and I’ve been told over and Disney Life Happy Wife T-shirt, mainly by my mom, to pick my battles when I’m married. I’ve actually seen her and my dad take turns losing small arguments. One of them just stops arguing and says okay and they move on. This is just sexist nonsense. Some marriages may operate this way, but they’re probably not healthy.

I know it’s just humor, but in all seriousness I think it’s just as important for a wife to not nag a husband to death with a change that will make him uncomfortable in his own home. In my case I don’t do well with all the Disney Life Happy Wife T-shirt & damage etc that dogs bring to a house, and put my foot down with my wife on that issue FIRMLY. On top of that I knew from experience I’d end up doing all of the “grunt work.” So–no dogs, and it will stay that way, period.
