thanks for this, I’ll put the recipes in the I am here to eat all of the pickles shirt.. I’ve been making ‘quick pickles’ for years. Tho I do recommend salting cukes for a while then washing and drying before putting in jar. If you add boiling liquid, as it cools the lids Wil ‘Pop’ creating a seal that will last for months….but hey….who needs a jar of pickles that’ll last for months? Mine don’t last 5 days!!
