I met some firefighters today, one was from Portsmouth originally. They were humbling to meet, can’t describe what they are doing out here and the hours they are working. Absolute hero’s. If I lived there or worked in the fire service, I would travel to where the fires are and help. no matter the cost of living, the fact they are doing it to protect others is what the fire service is made for. I salute the Front Line Firefighters. We’re all good with being volunteers. It’s what we signed up for.
